Sound Affects Music

Combining a Magento Store and a Drupal content managed website the Sound Affects Music website takes a giant leap from the companies previous 1and1 store (temporary sneaky peak). We developed Sam, the guitar playing, rock god of a company mascot who appears prominently on the website and the Sound Affects music store in Ormskirk, and mixed him into the new, modern design. The Magento store is customised to feature brands prominently, integrate with PayPal, Sage Pay, Twitter and You Tube for product reviews.

We also created a website to promote the Ormskirk store, showcasing Sound Affect's music tuition, tutors and dance wear. It also allows local bands and event organisers to promote themselves and their gigs and how to guides to get the most out of your newly purchased instrument.

Nowadays it is no use just having a funky website, customers expect to be on at least one social media site. Sound Affects have embraced Twitter, Facebook and You Tube. Posting videos of new products in action and reviews through their own You Tube Channel. We made it easy for them to add their videos directly to the products in the store so buyers can make informed decisions. The Twitter feed keeps people up to date with industry news as well as special offers and sneak peaks of products coming soon. Their Twitter feed is fed directly into the store with a link so people can follow them.

This industry is extremely competitive online and we are excited to see a significant improvement in sales through the website. We'll keep you posted on some of the other projects we're doing including email marketing, Google Product Search and branding.
